Terms and Conditions


The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.potandgreen.com and the purchase of any goods from it. Pot and Green online store is owned and operated by Pot and Green (ABN 627 793 880 76). Pot and Green reserves the right to update or amend any information or prices on www.potandgreen.com at any time. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Please note that by using this website and purchasing from Pot and Green you agree to be bound by its terms of use and the conditions of business listed below. By using www.potandgreen.com you are acknowledging that you have read and understood the terms and conditions stated.


You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service that is our online store, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any computer code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.


All stock will be shown exclusively on www.potandgreen.com. While every effort is made to represent stock accurately, all images are representations only. Hand-crafted pots and living plants have an individual nature and character and there will be some variations across the range compared to these images.

Some items may be available in limited quantities and will update to show ‘out of stock’ once item quantities have been exhausted.


Prices provided for each item exclude delivery. Delivery costs will be calculated in the cart page and at checkout. Pot and Green reserves the right to update or amend pricing and costs at any time. The new price will be clearly displayed on our website.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Payment will need to be finalised before purchased goods can be delivered. 

Pot and Green accepts payment via PayPal or major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We process credit card payments using PayPal, which is a widely used secure Payment Gateway.


Every transaction is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and authentication software to ensure the security of your payment information. We use internationally respected payment gateways (PayPal) to process credit card transactions.


Pot and Green operate to process stock, orders and provide customer information, between 9am and 5pm on weekdays and 9am and 12pm each Saturday. We do not operate on public holidays or Christmas Day and items will not be processed or delivered on these occasions.

We reserve the right to conduct brief Block-out periods on our service. On occasion we may be required to stop production for maintenance. These periods will be dated and clearly defined in the online store to avoid inconvenience. All orders up until those periods are honoured and fulfilled regardless.


To process your order Pot and Green will need information from you, including your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address and payment details.

For information on how we obtain, store and use your personal information please see our Privacy Policy. Payment must be confirmed before we can deliver your order.

Upon placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email of your purchase. If for some reason you do not, please contact sales@potandgreen.com. All customers will be issued with an invoice. All customers will receive an invitation to review their order.


Every effort is made to select the best quality, fresh living plants for each order. For standard orders of our items in stock, we process and deliver within 1 to 5 business days. We will notify you by text or email with an estimated delivery date.


Pot and Green offer our own delivery service for local customers across suburbs in the north of Sydney. Our delivery area is indicated on the Map provided on our Delivery page. For a full list of suburbs in this area, click here. Any order charged on our site to an area we do not service, will be refunded.

Our Flat Rate delivery is $10 or free for orders over $120. This rate is calculated within the cart and checkout page. Customers can provide a different Shipping address if the delivery will be different to the Billing address. Special instructions for our delivery drivers can be entered on the Order Notes.

Our delivery hours are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday for business and residential addresses. We will contact you to advise the earliest delivery date available. Please note we are not able to guarantee next-day delivery or specific times of the day. While we will try, we may not be able to meet requests made after purchase, to deliver items for specific days or times. We do not deliver on weekends, public holidays or Christmas Day.

Our delivery service remains contact-less during the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to protect you and our drivers ongoing.

Every effort is made to deliver your order on the first attempt. We strongly recommend someone is available to receive and unpack the order. Where that is not possible, we will leave the delivery in a safe place and take a photo. If we deem there are no such safe places, we will return items to our facility for re-delivery and a fee will be incurred.

If your delivery requires access to a loading bay, please respond to our ETA notification and we will reply with a driver name and vehicle registration number. It is your responsibility to book our drivers in ahead of time. Failure to do so may result in a missed delivery and re-delivery fee.

We will deliver to apartments buildings. Our driver will leave your order inside the main entrance and call your contact number on arrival. Please check with your concierge that they can accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe collection point. If no one is available to collect and it is unsafe to leave, or we cannot get access into the building, additional charges will apply for re-delivery.


Once delivered, the care and condition of all items becomes the responsibility of the customer. Plants come packaged with detailed care instructions and should be watered soon after collection. We will not be held liable for any damage or deterioration caused to plants from prolonged waiting periods at your collection point. We will leave unattended orders in the safest place, where possible. However Pot and Green can not be held responsible for the security of the order left unattended at the delivery address.

Where incorrect delivery details have been supplied a re-delivery fee will be charged. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the correct contact and delivery details are supplied. If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change them before delivery. Once dispatched for delivery we are unable to cancel or refund.

Pot and Green take great care in our packaging and delivery. On the rare chance your items look damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon collection, please email our contact page with photos and a detail of the complaint within 48 hours of delivery. Upon assessment we will strive to salvage, replace, or refund your purchase and delivery fees, depending on available options.


For all non-plant items, you have up to 7 days from delivery to request a credit or exchange. This assumes items are unused, in their original condition and are in a re-saleable condition. Please note that delivery fees paid for online orders are non-refundable for change of mind returns. The customer is responsible for shipping fees returning products to our facility. Customers should be aware that many houseplants are toxic to animals and humans. Although Pot and Green may provide information on those plants that are known to be toxic to pets, this information should be used as a guide only. Please consult your vet or the RSPCA for more information. We will not be held responsible for any illness or injury caused from interaction with a plant.

Where heavy items are delivered, we strongly recommend our customers obtain assistance. All items over 5kg will be tagged accordingly for your information.


Your use of this site and its content does not give you any rights in relation to any designs, trademarks, copyright and all other intellectual property and material rights, relating to Pot and Green services or any other items and images on this site.

All other third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by intellectual property laws. You are only permitted to use the items as authorized in writing by the Pot and Green director, available at tracey@potandgreen.com. Any reproduction or redistribution of items is strictly prohibited.
