Have your beautiful house plants and gifts delivered by our very own Pot and Green team. We service homes and businesses across Sydney’s northern suburbs. Our personal delivery service take care to protect your items directly to the door. So things won’t get lost in the mail!

COVID 19

Our delivery service remains contact-less to protect you and our drivers ongoing. At this stage we are keeping our service within the suburbs that are close to our business base. This avoids major disruptions, waiting times and breakages with busy courier companies. Plants are living things. We look after them from start to finish!

In the interests of safety we are not delivering to hospitals or nursing homes at this time.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery hours are between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday for business and residential addresses. Please indicate on the shipping instructions your preferred date of delivery, within this range. Otherwise we aim for the next available delivery day. We do not deliver on weekends, public holidays or Christmas Day.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY – is available for orders received by 11am. Please indicate your date preference at payment.

Upon processing your order, we will contact you to advise your scheduled delivery date. We aim to fulfill everyone’s wishes, timely and effectively, however we cannot always guarantee next day delivery or specific times during the day.


WHEN NO ONE IS HOME

We strongly recommend someone is available to receive and unpack the order. Where that is not possible, we will leave the delivery in a safe place and take a photo. If you are not going to be home, please provide us clear instructions for a protected area to receive your items. We cannot be held responsible for the security of these items. You can leave details for our drivers during checkout.


RE-DELIVERY CHARGES

If there is no safe place to leave your order, or the item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. If a re-delivery or forwarding address is requested, we will charge an additional fee of $10 to redirect.


COMMERCIAL & OFFICE DELIVERIES

If your delivery requires access to a loading bay, please respond to our ETA notification and we will reply with a driver name and vehicle registration number. It is your responsibility to book our drivers in ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a missed delivery and re-delivery fee.


A NOTE FOR APARTMENT BUILDINGS

Our driver will leave your house plants and gifts inside the main entrance and call your contact number on arrival. Please check with your concierge that they can accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe collection point. If no one is available to collect and it is unsafe to leave, or we cannot get access into the building, additional charges will apply for re-delivery.


PACKAGING

Pot and Green take great care in our packaging and delivery. Our aim is to reduce our waste and our footprint on the environment. We have sourced materials that our customers can reuse, recycle, or compost. From time to time we may use re-purposed cardboard trays or boxes and paper wrapping. We urge you to please consider the environment before discarding.

All plant orders arrive with plant care tips and information. Each plant is tagged with it’s very own personality profile!


GIFT-WRAPPING

We use acid-free Kraft papers, felts and organic decorations to present your gifts at their absolute best. Together with the normal care guides and plant tags, we will hand-write your message on a personalised gift tag. Please remember to provide your name for the card!
